Appointments

You can make an appointment for veterinary consultation from Monday to Friday from 7.30 am to 8 pm, on Saturdays from 9 am to 3 pm and on Sundays from noon to 4 pm. You can also make an appointment in internet in our web pages.

If you have to cancel your appointment, please do it at latest day before your appointment. We will charge 29 € from appointments which are not cancelled beforehand.

Method of Payment

We accept cash, finnish bankcards and credit cards: VISA, Visa Electron, Mastercard, American Express, Diners Club, Käyttöluotto.

Insurances:

Our clinic has co-operation with insurance company Tapiola. If you have insurance in Tapiola which covers veterinary costs, you will pay only own risk share at the clinic. The rest of the payment we will be charged from Tapiola. This method works at weekdays from 8 am to 8 pm.
